WE hereby announce the start of a new era for the Meritocratic movement. Total Inevitable Destruction of the Enemy (T.I.D.E). The previous stage, which we shall analyse in due course, has achieved its objectives of (short term) independence and a small network of supporters. The objectives of our next stage is to transform this into a recognised political tendency able to intervene in events.
To do this, I propose the following course of action.
We are going to build a blockchain, or some other form of cryptographic ledger, for the purpose of implementing Meritocracy. The white paper was written last year and will be released in J’accuse soon but, essentially, we need a way of tokenising exam results on chain, a basic playbook of smart contracts detailing contests between Meritocrats adjudicated by superiors (including a contest to get rid of those superiors!) and implementation of a unique dispute-resolution oracle I shall tell the curious about. This technology has been obliquely referenced in the dialogues under the name ‘Vindex.’ It works if a single ultra-talented person can overthrow their formal superiors peacefully without collapsing everything. If we build this, we will have something no other political movement in Britain, or indeed the World, will possess; a means of secretly recruiting Meritocrats from a variety of different organisations and an oven-ready government system to be implemented upon taking power. It shall function as both the protocol for the reform of the civil service/legal system under Meritocracy and the basis of political organisation prior to the seizure of power. To do this I require coders. I call upon anyone of the movement with expertise in advanced cryptography, state machines and blockchain architecture to reach out to me; I call, indeed, upon anyone with moderate to advanced knowledge of python or rust (the thinking man’s language) to give me a bell. Your job is to assist me by reviewing the outputs of Claude Code for errors and providing general technical advice. I have the ability to pay a very small salary to one developer (because of how small it is, I cannot really see this going to you unless you are literally 14 and a comical rainman type prodigy) however most of you will be volunteers. This is the ideal job for an ideologically committed but technically proficient young person with large amounts of free time who is interested in the intersection of technology and government reform. If successful, you will be at the heart of something which will be used by Western governments within half a decade, at some point in the future I will ensure everyone who contributed gets a pay-out (its non profit so no equity in strict sense exists but if needed, c. 2035, I will loot the NHS pension fund to make you all billionaires) but, more important for the ideologically committed, you will indubitably be among the inner circle of the new regime. If unsuccessful: for lack of a better word ‘high status’ people in the Bay Area world follow the Meritocracy side of J’accuse and this is a highly prestigious project which will gain you access to those circles; I will happily promote your own projects to these people which, given you are likely someone who actually knows how computers work, are far more likely to get funding than my own. Multiple people have gotten careers simply by hanging out with for me a few months. Interest has been strong and growing and many voluntary positions may very well become salaried in the future.
On that topic, anyone even thinking of donating to the project is encouraged to do so, even very small sums (for global business class) would halve our timelines for success. I am not setting up a think tank, or a PDF mill, or a media company I am doing what right-wing donors say they want, building actual infrastructure for the seizure of power.

The second prong of our offensive is that I am going to endeavour to meet many more Meritocrats in the U.K as a preliminary step to real-world organisation. We have to get organ-i-sized on our own terms as the ‘Online Right’ cannot be trusted. As fun as it is to ponder the playbook of ‘direct action’ which may be open to us (blockade the Scottish rite headquarters in St. James etc.) our most sensible course is a determined recruitment campaign focused on the two Universities. Online organisation is just as important. I have long pondered how to turn Amarnite spam tactics into a deployable weapon. If you cannot code, your efforts are still valuable to us as irl organisers (limited to U.K people) or running social media accounts to promote us. An easily achievable project I foresee is setting up a series of U.K news aggregator accounts (Jeremy Leeds) spamming the usual disgusting diet of crime stories, immigration hate etc. and then ‘flip’ to promoting Meritocracy once we are ready to end our occultation. I also have an idea of, once the beta version of the app is coded, setting up ROBLOX and Minecraft servers simulating Meritocracy. I think this would be very popular. However, N.B: this chat will be a joyless, dour place bereft of fun and humour. This is not the place to talk about x dot com drama, analyse pop culture or share ‘memes.’ This is a place of Work. Secondly, this chat is for dedicated Meritocrats with an independent devotion to my ideals at the expense of the rest of the ‘Online Right’; this is not the place for you if you want to talk about why immigration bad.
I am considering writing a non-fiction book about Meritocracy. Founding members will recall this is not THE book which is a novel, currently unpublished as I recently submitted it to a prize. This is a different book which will explain the problem of subjective ethics/egoism for politics, critique what I see to be the main competitors to Nietzsche popular among intellectuals today – Effective Altruism and Communitarianism, explain the basis of the Meritocratic state which is nothing less than a minimalistic account of ethics consistent with Egoism (“Everyone wants to be a genius” XD), sketch out the aforementioned technical innovations which answer conventional critiques of Meritocracy, ‘common sense politics for a better Britain’ listing the formula of economic growth and demographic optimism we pioneered 2019-20 and a theory of History (the guelphs). I am pessimistic about this project because, for reasons of time constraints, it cannot be the totally systematic philosophical argument Meritocracy demands. At best, it will be like the Untimely Meditations, a series of conversational essays aimed at targets. At worst, it will be a popularisation of our ideas with all that this entails. Part of me wonders whether it will do them a disservice. The advantage is, if we are going to undertake intensive recruitment work, it will help to have a summary of what we believe, and will allow us to defend our claim to hegemony over the Meritocracy concept.
The path we have elected is daunting, thankless and comes with a huge margin of failure. There are many who talk about ‘building’ things but few who actually do so for this reason: it is career death for lesser talents. Why have we embarked upon such a deliberately hard path to power? The Summer Reforms have seen our ideas propagate, often in degenerate forms but we have not received the credit which we are owed for them.
By 2024, the geometry of the problem became apparent to me. People within the mainstream world of ‘the Right’ will always have a structural advantage vis-a-vis Meritocrats. They can steal the utilitarian parts of our platform, like planning reform, and annex them to Toryistic programmes in which they make no sense, while wielding the latent power of ‘cancellation’ to keep us out of the public eye and censor the radical parts of the doctrine. It makes no sense to me why anyone would want to steal Meritocracy, when it is the only thing I have; and it makes even less sense to me why the chummy, smiling, plump, back-slappers on the British Right should react with such horror when I try, with disproportionate mildness, to fight back against these people in my own little way. I realised at this point that, if we wanted to defend ourselves, we would have to own something which cannot be taken away.
If you have ever desired to join your flag with our movement now is the time to heed the call to arms, this is the darkest and most terrible moment in which all resources must either prove themselves or be condemned, providence, I am sure, has not preserved us without reason.
